Purnima Gau Seva & Gauchikitsa Abhiyan

Feeding • Treatment • Care with Compassion

Gauchikitsa Organization is running a heartfelt campaign on the sacred occasion of Purnima—a day known for blessings, gratitude, and charity. On this auspicious day, we invite you to turn devotion into action by supporting Gau Seva and the treatment of injured and abandoned cows. Many Gaumatas on streets and in nearby shelters suffer silently—hunger, weakness, infections, wounds, and seasonal illnesses often go untreated because help doesn’t reach them on time. Your contribution becomes immediate relief: a nourishing meal, timely medicine, and safe care that restores health and dignity.

Why Purnima Gau Seva Matters

Purnima is not just a date on the calendar—it is a reminder that compassion is sacred. In our traditions, serving Gaumata is considered a powerful act of punya. But beyond belief, it is also a deeply human responsibility. A hungry cow cannot wait for “tomorrow,” and a sick cow cannot heal without help. When you donate on Purnima, you participate in a chain of goodness—your one act supports food, treatment, and protection for lives that depend on us.

What Your Support Provides

  • Feeding & Nutrition: fresh green fodder, dry fodder, jaggery/bran mix (as per availability), clean drinking water, and mineral supplements to strengthen weak Gaumatas.
  • Medical Treatment (Gauchikitsa): first-aid, medicines for fever/infections, wound care, bandaging, deworming (as advised), and supportive treatment under guidance.
  • Rescue & Care: bringing distressed cows to a safer place for observation, rest, and recovery—so they are not left helpless on roads.
  • Ongoing Welfare: hygiene essentials, basic shelter support, and continued care for cows that need longer recovery time.

Our Purnima Day Action Plan

On Purnima, our team and volunteers will focus on two major activities: feeding drives and treatment support. We prepare feed in advance, ensure clean water availability, and identify cows that need urgent medical attention. Every donation directly supports these efforts—helping us arrange essentials quickly and respond faster. We also maintain simple records and updates so supporters can feel connected to the impact they create.

Be a Part of This Seva

If you have ever felt peace while offering prayers on Purnima, let that peace become someone’s survival today. Your donation—big or small—turns into food in a bowl, medicine in time, and warmth of care for Gaumata. This campaign is for those who believe that devotion is most beautiful when it protects the vulnerable. Join Gauchikitsa Organization in this Purnima Gau Seva and help us continue feeding and treating cows with dignity, love, and responsibility.

Call to Action: Donate now to support Purnima Gau Seva—feeding & treatment for cows.
Your kindness today becomes their healing tomorrow.
